Donate this Christmas to receive Noah's Light - a very special Christmas decoration, designed by Noah and lovingly hand-made by our volunteers to support families staying at Crossbasket House.
This Christmas, Noah has designed a very special bauble with Lynne from the Play Team, ‘Noah’s Light’. It’s a beautiful Christmas wreath, with holly leaves and a glowing candle in the centre. The candle represents hope for every family with a child in hospital.
When you donate this Christmas, volunteers will make and send you a matching bauble for your own Christmas tree.

“Crossbasket House kept us close to Noah when we needed it most”
When my son Noah was born, we learned that he faced a number of complex medical conditions. At just four weeks old he needed life-saving surgery, and again at twelve weeks. During the most challenging time of our lives, we were able to stay at Crossbasket House.
"He spent the first five months of his life in hospital, we were so grateful to finally bring him home for his first Christmas."
Noah is now eight. He is the bravest little boy I know. He still faces future operations, countless hospital stays, and regular outpatient appointments. Every day is full of uncertainty, but as his mum,

During those long, frightening months in hospital, having a place to stay nearby was life-changing for our family.

We could rest, shower, have a meal, and, most importantly, be close to our son when he needed us most. Crossbasket House became our home away from home.
